The following commands work in any scanner view.

Set Waypoints		SHIFT-left click on the waypoint.
Route Fleets	CTRL-left click on the destination planet.
List Objects at Waypoint	Right click on the waypoint.
Measure Distance	Hold down SHIFT, then right-click and drag.
Show your current location	Press V.
