Mystery Trader

The Mystery Traders are ships from an advanced alien race that appear in Stars! games, handing out technology to player races that deliver significant quantities of minerals to them.
The technology given may be simple technology levels, or may be one of a number of special MT toys, components that cannot otherwise be built.
