Sending Messages to Other Players

The envelope appears only if you are playing against other humans. Selecting the envelope replaces the message viewer with a mail form.
Your pen pal will receive your message in their next turn. You can use this system to set up diplomatic relations or trade, taunt your enemies, whatever you wish.
