Not quite sure about this... For eg, the HE overcloaker.
The page says 10 OCs + 7 tritaniums is the best overcloaker. Might be true in total overcloaking numbers, but not in fleet overcloaking, as it will have to spend more overcloaking units to cloak it's own (heavier) weight.
In the game, a meta with 12 OCs + 5 tritaniums will be a more effective overcloaker.
