PBEM in Stars!

1. Select a player to be the host, and decide on the game setup
2. Players all design their races
3. Players email their race files to the host
4. Host generates the game
5. Host emails each player their turn file (***)
6. Players load the turn file, then send their orders files back to the host
7. Host generates the next turn - back to ***

Note that most current games are played on Autohost rather than by email. The only significant exceptions are dual games, which are still often played by email.
