I have striked out the part which mention that the WMs can't lay minefields. It came up in one of my games and I did a testbed to test it. Results show me that if another race, able to build minelaying pods, build a minelaying ship and transfer it to the WM player in question then the WM player is able to order the ships to lay out mines as normal. --Eagle of Fire 22:16, 16 December 2012 (UTC)
