Orbital Construction Module

The Orbital Construction Module is the AR equivalent of The Colonization Module. It is a mechanical part and may only be placed on the Colonizer Hull and is only available to AR races. When either module used by an AR via the Colonize waypoint task, it creates the Starter Colony starbase hull(empty fort). For a non-AR they both colonise normally. The OCM(only) may also be used (by both AR and non-AR) as a regular bomb with 0% pop kills, 0 installation kills and a minimum pop kill of 2000.
